By registering and investing with Redomine.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
All deposits made into your Redomine account are considered investment capital and are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed.
Investments are allocated to live trading, mining, or digital asset operations immediately after confirmation. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed after funds are deployed.
You may request to cancel an unconfirmed deposit before it is processed into your account.
Once the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain or payment gateway, it is final and cannot be reversed.
Early withdrawal of investment before the plan maturity date may be subject to penalties or reduced profit payouts, as outlined in your specific investment plan.
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Incorrect amount sent due to a system malfunction.
Deposit not credited after 48 hours despite valid proof of payment.
Note: Refunds for cryptocurrency deposits will be made in the same currency and amount received, minus applicable transaction fees.
Withdrawals of profits are processed according to the timeline mentioned in your plan tier.
All withdrawal requests must be made from the registered account and wallet address to prevent fraud.
We are not responsible for withdrawals sent to the wrong wallet address provided by the user.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first will result in immediate account suspension.
Fraudulent chargeback claims will be reported to relevant authorities and payment processors.
